Michael Pelczynski is the Vice President of Strategy, heading commercial strategy and new business at SoundCloud. He is responsible for developing SoundCloud’s holistic creator & fan economies, driving consumer innovation via industry leading commercial offerings, licensing and establishing an artist focused content model.
Most notably Michael architected the first-to-market user centric model — fan-powered royalties. Michael previously held roles at Warner Music Group, BMG Rights Management and Atlantic Records.
